There are a lot of windows in an Airstream and Argosy RV/Motorhome! Curtains are needed to insure privacy, prevent sun damage to the dash and furnishings and to help your air conditioner or heater work more efficiently. Get ready for a lot of sewing because here are the measurements….
Front 70″ wide x 38″ high each side
Curb side
in front of door 34″H x 30″W
In back of door 27H x 34W both windows
Driver side couch 34″H x 66″W
Our Argosy Motorhome came with curtains courtesy of the previous owner. We loved them but they were made with thin (not sheer though) material. As a result, the brown curtains became heavily faded due to sun damage. So much so they became gray! Yikes!
We learned from our Argosy Travel Trailer to use Blackout Curtains instead of cute thin or normal thickness curtains. W always buy our Airstream Curtain Clips from Vintage Trailer Supply. They are cheaper than Amazon and fast shippers. Sewing the “T” clips vs “G” are easier.
