It is hard to believe and even harder to imagine that we are leaving for our 1st camping trip with our 1977 Argosy in one week!
We are still in the process of renovating the bathroom (major repairs needed!) and testing out all the water systems.
We did decide to ditch the microwave in favor of a toaster/convection oven. We bought a Faberware unit for $50. We bake more than we microwave so I’m hoping this is a good idea. Space is limited. It was either a microwave or oven.
This camping adventure will have a little bit of everything: typical KOA campground with a dog park, resort lake-front campground with an Arnold Palmer golf course and then “boondocking” at my Uncle’s property on a mountain in WV.
I am praying that I don’t lose a kid or a dog along the way! 😜
