UPDATE: We found that the Peerless Brand from Walmart has serious defects and leaks A LOT. We tried many different types of Peerless faucets and they all leaked. We finally went with a goose neck faucet from Home Depot that cost over $80 to find something that would not leak.
I could not “glamp” with the old fashioned faucets so we upgraded the kitchen & bathroom.

After extensive searching, I finally found a set at Walmart for $50. Since the trailer is small, I bought the faucet for the bathroom for the kitchen.

It does not quite extend far enough into the kitchen sink to avoid splashing but I think if we add a water filter it should extend it. Usually, bathroom faucets do not move but this one does.
